- 1 tbsp of bari har (Chebulic Myrobalan)
- 1 tbsp of sana makki
- 1/2 tbsp of black salt
- 1/2 tbsp of zeera (cumin)
- 1 tbsp of orange white peel
- Put bari har, sana makki and tbsp cumin in a grinder machine and grind them into fine powder.
- Grind the white skin under the orange peel.
- All the parts of an orange are beneficial for your skin and body. Its peel when dried can be used for exfoliation. Its pulp is rich in vitamin C that heals skin tissues. The oil in the orange peel helps to freshen up the air inside your house.
- Mix together all the ingredients and store in a jar for further use.
